Hello! My name is Shikha Sehrawat, and I am a certified Yoga Instructor with extensive experience both in India and abroad. I hold a certification from the Ministry of AYUSH, India, as well as a QCI Level 2 Yoga Instructor certification. With a Master’s degree in Yoga, I have been practicing and teaching for over eight years, specializing in a variety of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pranayama, and Meditation.
Throughout my journey, I’ve had the opportunity to teach students from different parts of the world, including China, Hong Kong, Dubai , Macau, which has helped me understand the diverse needs and benefits of yoga. I strongly believe in the power of yoga to enhance both mental and physical well-being, and my goal is to help people achieve a balanced and healthier lifestyle.
